The Foundations Program
The Foundations Program is for athletes of all abilities, beginner to elite. It’s also perfect for those looking to train monthly at a lower price point. This one time or subscription package gives you 2 workouts each week for 30 days. In these sessions you’ll use the fundamentals of functional strength training, climbing specific skill work, as well as conditioning to climb stronger, for longer. Each month will feature unique exercises and drills and they’re written just for you, no cookie cutter plans here.
This self guided plan is customized to your ability with your goals in mind and has all the necessary tools to help you get started and keep your training journey going. Each training session features written descriptions of exercises and drills as well as accompanying video tutorials. Each session will also have suggested regressions/progressions to work with as you adapt and grow with the program. This is an ideal plan for self starters and those looking to take their first steps towards a regular training routine.
